Our History

CTSL is the largest non-profit Christian leadership organization committed to developing, coaching, mentoring, and empowering aspiring leaders founded in 2014. CTSL was conceived based on the deep conviction that our world faces diverse leadership challenges that require trained, equipped, and empowered leaders and change agents.

Our key business includes leadership development, coaching, training, mentoring, and empowering. We help individuals and organizations to develop organizational strategies, vision, and mission statements. We also produce life-changing resources for all categories of people and valuable resources for transforming lives. We support individuals, groups, and organizations in overcoming the crisis. We also help individuals discover their purpose, maximize their potential and capture their vision.

We offer strategies for self-improvement, business success, personal success, and personal development, among others. Our organization has trained over 100,000 leaders through its virtual, and in-person training. CTSLs’ core business includes coaching and mentoring in leadership success, personal development, personal success, business success, wealth creation strategies, spiritual growth, and overcoming crises, among others. In addition, we focus on working with aspiring leaders and transforming them into change agents in diverse areas of leadership
