CTSL Global was established in 2014 to contribute to addressing critical knowledge gaps that affect many young people—and even adults—across numerous countries. While higher institutions of learning such as colleges and universities primarily provide theoretical knowledge, it is widely observed that more than 90 percent of graduates struggle to apply this knowledge effectively in real‑life situations. Many graduates complete their education without receiving guidance on some of the most essential aspects of life, leaving them ill‑prepared to navigate the realities of personal growth, decision‑making, and purposeful living.

As a result, graduates and young professionals often face difficulties adapting to workplace environments and broadening societal expectations. In many cases, they learn through trial and error, making avoidable mistakes that can take years to correct or manage. For example, research indicates that only about 10 percent of adults set clear goals and successfully achieve them, while the majority either lack goals altogether or fear setting them.

CTSL Global brings together a consortium of seasoned educators and facilitators united by a strong commitment to excellence and impact. The consortium upholds rigorous academic standards while integrating cutting‑edge research, tested ideas, and practical insights to ensure relevance, innovation, and evidence‑based practice. With a deliberate focus on leadership development, CTSL Global equips learners and institutions with the skills and vision required to lead effectively in complex and dynamic environments. Equally central to its mission is character formation, fostering ethical leadership, integrity, and values‑driven decision‑making alongside professional competence.

CTSL Global has developed a six‑framework approach that addresses key challenges individuals face, including clarifying purpose and direction, strengthening emotional resilience and mental health, building healthy relationships and strong family values, developing effective leadership and communication skills, improving spiritual maturity and moral integrity, and cultivating financial literacy and responsible stewardship for long‑term stability and impact.

 

The Academy bridges these gaps through practical, mentorship‑driven programmes designed by Dr. Samuel Odeke and his team of experienced professionals. We believe that effective leadership is developed, learned, cultivated, and refined through experience, guided mentorship, coaching, and training. We also hold that success, wealth creation, business, entrepreneurship, and other critical areas of life can be learned and intentionally developed.

Our programmes target young professionals, entrepreneurs, college and university students and graduates, managers, and aspiring leaders at various stages of their careers. Through these initiatives, we build, equip, and empower individuals with the skills to lead authentically, make sound decisions, and create lasting positive impact.

CTSL Global has curated a range of programmes designed to provide holistic knowledge and practical wisdom for trainees and participants. Depending on individual needs, participants are supported to learn, apply, and internalize these principles to achieve personal and professional transformation. Course durations vary based on the programme and learner needs, ranging from 10‑hour modules to two‑day, five‑day, or two‑week courses.
